Harry Kane says singing 'Wonderwall' with fans following England's win over Croatia on Wednesday was one of his "favourite ever moments" in a Three Lions shirt.
The England captain scored twice in a4-2 victory in Dallasto help his side make a winning start to their World Cup campaign.
After the match, Kane. his team-mates celebrated in front of joyous England fans at the Dallas Stadium as they sang Oasis' 1995 hit Wonderwall.
"That was one of my favourite ever moments in an England shirt. especially at a major tournament," Kane said on the Lions' Den podcast.
"I know it's just the first game. we're not getting carried away, but just that emotional connection with the fans.. We know how much it means to them.
"We have that connection right now but just that moment, singing Wonderwall in the stadium.. Everyone knew the words and that was a really special moment."

England manager Thomas Tuchel has spoken about wanting to continue the work former boss Gareth Southgate did in building a connection between fans. the squad after years of dismal tournaments.
Under Southgate, England reached the World Cup semi-finals in 2018 as well as the European Championship finals in 2021. 2024 as fans rallied behind the squad.
Kane is one of three players, alongside goalkeeper Jordan Pickford. defender John Stones, to remain in the side from 2018.
The 32-year-old. whose two strikes against Croatia saw him equal Gary Lineker's record of 10 World Cup goals, says he is enjoying the "freshness" of Tuchel's squad.
"This one feels a little bit different. Our roles have changed a little bit obviously, being the more experienced guys, the older guys," said Kane.
"There's a freshness about it, where you can really see a hunger, a desire. excitement from the players in the team just to kind of be part of what could be obviously a special summer.
"You see us around the place, everyone getting on, everyone being with each other, spending time together,. also you see it in training - the way we train, the intensity we train at the competition for places, but there's no anger towards your competition.
"It is literally, let's just compete for the place. whoever plays will play and I'll be ready to come on and make a difference when I get my turn."
England's next match in Group L is against Ghana in Boston on Tuesday at 21:00 BST.
