Toulouse have made an official approach to Motherwell as they aim to appoint manager Jens Berthel Askou as their new head coach.
Askou led the Scottish Premiership club to a fourth-placed finish with victory at Hibernian last Saturday. securing European football for the Lanarkshire side.
