The memorandum of understanding is scheduled to be officially signed on Friday in Switzerland.

Lebanon has been a sticking point
While the US. Iran had largely ceased hostilities as they engaged in weeks-long negotiations,Lebanonhas suffered the deadliest spillover of the conflict.
