Top judicial forum to review complaints against judges
A meeting of the seven-member Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) will be held today (Thursday) under the chairmanship of Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi.
According to sources, the meeting will be attended by Federal Constitutional Court Chief Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan, SC judges Muneeb Akhtar, Jamal Khan Mandokhail. Hasan Azhar Rizvi.
Chief justices of the Lahore High Court. the Islamabad High Court (IHC)Aalia Neelum and Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogarare also part of the forum.
Complaints against a judge of the IHC are currently pending before the Supreme Judicial Council.
